ou have just purchased tickets or submitted a claim but unfortunately you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your claim! Don't panic, Leeto is there for you!

To cancel an order that has already been paid for (Ticketing type) :

Please contact Leeto customer service at contact@leeto.co

To cancel a refund request (Subsidy Type) :

1. Go to the history tab

2. Cancel his application

Please note that it is not possible to cancel a subsidy type request that is being refunded on your Leeto space.
