To apply for a refund, all you have to do is :
1. Go to the Benefits tab
2. Select the benefit where the word subsidy appears
3. Click on Request a refund
4. Fill in your information (The calculation of the coverage is automatically done according to your available balance)
- Who benefits from the subsidy (you or your beneficiary)
- What is the total amount of your invoice

6. Send your request
You will automatically receive an email upon receipt of your refund request.
