For your receipt to be accepted, the email used for your Netflix account must contain your name.

Once logged in, you can get your Netflix invoice through your account (available in the top right corner of the screen) :

Once in your account, you can access your invoices by going to the "Billing Details" page:

You then have access to your different invoices which will open on a new tab. To download your receipt, simply print your screen (ctrl + p) and save the page in pdf format.
